If a costumer sends us a jewelry return package with no insurance or tracking number, if that package happens to be lost in transit, it is the costumer’s responsibility.

Gold impression’s quality assurance will go thru an verify the conditions and the authenticity of the returned jewelry.

The returned jewelry must come with the original packaging and original invoice.

The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered in any way or form.

The jewelry comes with a security tag, it must not be removed or altered in any way.

If the jewelry security tag is removed or altered, this will void the jewelry return, making the merchandise none returnable.   The Security tag is a feature that gold impression use to verify the authenticity of the gold jewelry.

Jewelry that has been worn or damaged due to costumer negligence cannot be returned.

If the jewelry return passes quality assurance, you will get a full refund.

If the jewelry is found by our quality assurance team to have signs of being worn or damaged by the costumer.
